Is this a local service only or is it national?
This is a local service that is available to all Anne Arundel County residents however, surrounding counties will be available shortly. (student textbook exchange will be national).

How often can I post an ad?
As often as you would like.

Is this free or is there a charge?
This service is free for ALL merchandise ads.  Please see our price list for employment, real estate, rentals, and business ads.

How do I create an account?
Go to the register page, and fill out all the information. Make sure you read through our Terms and Conditions, click that you accept them, and click Submit. You will then be able to add and manage your listings.

How do I place an ad?
After you have registered and have logged in to your account, select "add listing" and fill in the information. When you are done, click the 'Preview' button, make sure all information is correct, and click the 'Submit' button. The ad will be posted right away! If you have any difficulties, please contact us at info@bayfinders.com.

How do I place a "pets for sale" ad?
You would do the same steps for placing an ad (above) but you MUST adhere to this rule: IN ACCORDANCE WITH State regulations, dogs and cats are required to be 8 weeks old before separating from the dam. The age of your pet MUST be included, on the Ad Form, to qualify for listing

Can I upload pictures for my ad? How?
Yes, when you're filling out the information for your ad, there is an option to upload multiple images. The images in the ad description will be reduced to a smaller size, but viewers can click on it to see it in the full size.

Can I list multiple items in my ad?
Yes, you may list as many items as you would like, but you can only include one picture.

Can I edit my ad after I have already sent it?
Yes, after you log in to your account, you can manage your listings and update information.

Is there a monthly subscription fee?
No, there is no subscription fee to use our site.

Do I have to pay by credit card or can you bill me?
It is a requirement to use a credit card to use this service.

I do not own a digital camera can I still place a picture with my ad?
Well, hopefully you know someone who does own a camera or scanner and can take a photo for you, however, we will come and take a picture for you for a small fee. Also, most cell phones have cameras and you can email us a picture from your phone!

Can I advertise my local business on your website?
Absolutely, we welcome your business and can provide your company with printable coupons that your customers can use over and over again!

How long does it take for my item to be posted?
Your ad will be posted the same day.

How long does my ad stay listed?
For 30 days and then it is automatically removed.

Do I need to have cookies turned on to use your site?
No! There is no requirement for you to have cookies turned on to use our site...you can even register for a new account and place listings without cookies turned on.

Do I need to allow Javascript to use your site?
Yes, if you want to enjoy this site at its full extent.
